1.川燙雞腿 (去血水)
2.撈起然後刀剮雞腿 (入味)
3.倒入可樂蓋過雞腿，中火煮15~20分
4.放冰糖、醬油，小火悶煮兩個小時

Still Busy in this month 這個月依然忙碌

About 2 weeks ago, I just experienced the midterm of accounting and a lot of assignments.

But I will have final exams of all classes in the summer terms in two weeks.Even though I 

have wonderful scores of my quiz and midterm of accounting, I do not understand what 

accounting is. I apply what I learned in accounting to my personal finance. This way makes 

me feel interested in learning accounting, and make me feel clear on my personal finance.

Of course, now I am getting understand how the financial accounting of companies work, and 

how to make financial statements look better. 



兩周前，我才剛考完我的會計期中考與完成一堆課業報告，

但是在兩周後，就是緊接而來的期末考了。

雖然在會計的小考 95 跟期中考 91 我都拿到不錯的分數，

不過我還是不能徹撤底底的了解什麼是會計。

在應用上，我把一些會計所學到的東西，

實用在我平時的記帳，果然用會計的方式寄帳，不

僅能讓會計學起來更有趣，也讓我對記帳清楚不少，

當然也知道公司的財務報表怎麼運作，怎麼鑽漏洞。

0611 最近的生活

I  simply described my recent life.

Even though I just took 10 credits master courses, 

I took more than 4 hours studying almost everyday,

because I also got a lot of assignments. 



我簡單的描敘我最近的生活。

我幾乎每天得花多餘四小時來念書，

因為我有很多很多作業要寫，

即使我只修了10學分的碩士課程。



In the business communication course,

I have to write 4 essay in a week and on different days, 

listen 10 minutes news every other day, and read an article in a week.

It seems not difficult,

but we have to remember every vocabulary in listening and reading.

It really drives me crazy, 

and in this week we got one more assignment- a 3 minutes presentation.



在商業溝通課程中，

我必須一週寫四篇作文在不同日子，

每隔一天要聽商業新聞，

每周要看一篇文章，

這看起來似乎不困難，

但是我們必須記住每個聽力與文章的單字，

還要做單字筆記，

這簡直快讓我瘋掉了，

Another course is accounting. It is a totally new subject for me,

so I have to preview content before the class, and the review after the class.

This course has fewer assignment than another, 

but I love to this course, so I spent more time on it. 

  

另一項課程是會計，這對我而言是全新的主題。

所以我必須在上課前預習，課後複習，

雖然這課程的作業比前一個少，

但是我花更多時間在這課程上。



At 6/20, 6/21, 6/27, and 6/28. I will take one more course- mathematics for business.

In the two weeks, I might spend all day to study,

because I will get less time to write my more homework.

Income tax report 申報所得稅

In May, it is the time to report income tax. Even though

I am in USA now, I still can report tax through the Internet.

In this year, I have the same situation as last year. I won't 

pay any tax to government, and I can get the tax refund.

Although I will just get almost NT.2000, it is still the money.



五月，又是報所得稅的季節。即使我人在美國，我依然可以透過網路

來申報所得稅。今年我的情形依然和去年一樣，我不用付任何稅金給

政府，而且還可以拿到退稅的錢。雖然只是將近兩千元的新台幣，不

過不無小補。

When I went to New York city, I also went to Yankee Stadium 

to watch Wang's play.However, he lost 8 points in 2nd inning, 

and while he was changed, all the Yankee fans boo him. How sad 

I was. In this game, I saw not only a Yankee's bad record but also 

a fight between Yankee fans. When police came to arrest them, 

everyone said " Get her out!" It was more exciting than watching 

hockey which had fight. Finally, that was not a game which Wang 

had a nice performace, but I did not feel dispointed at him because 

that is the way that all the best pitchers have to be experienced.



當我去紐約時，我也順道去洋基球場看王建民的比賽，但是他在第二局就

被打爆八分。而且在他被換下場時，全場的洋基球迷都在噓他。看了超心

痛的。在這場比賽，我不僅看到了洋基破了爛紀錄，也看到洋基球迷間的

幹架，而且在警察來把他們帶走時，全場球迷還大聲說"趕她走"這簡直比

曲棍球的幹架還精彩。最後，雖然王建民沒在這場比賽有好表現，但是我

並沒有對他失望，因為這是所有王牌投手必經過程。

It was so boring to watch Yankee's game. In the playing game, they 

did not have any music which made fans feel excited. They only had

YMCA this show between 6th inning and 7th inning, but it did make 

fans to take part into. The interaction between fans and games did

not exist. By the way, the facilities of Yankee Stadium are really nice.

The seats are wide and confortable, and there are cup racks in front

of seats. The restrooms are like those in the 5 star hotels. Is everything

good? No! The price of all stuff, such as food, drink, and clothes, is not

so cute. A soda bottle cost $5, and a Jersey cost $200. No wonder some

people call Yankees evil empire.



在洋基主場看比賽還真無聊。當比賽進行時，並沒有任何音樂可以讓球迷high

一點，唯一有的就是在六到七局間的YMCA表演，不過還是很無聊。因為球迷

並沒有參與感。球迷和球賽之間的互動就像不存在一樣。順帶一提，洋基的新

球場設備還真不賴，座位不但舒服寬敞，而且還有杯架在座位前面。而且他的

洗手間就像五星級飯店的一樣。每一樣東西都這麼棒嗎？不是這樣！所有東西

的價錢，像是食物、飲料、球衣都沒這麼可愛。一杯蘇打飲料要五塊美金，一

件棒球外衣要兩百美金。難怪有些人說洋基是邪惡帝國。

Why did I writing this article in my blog? It is impossible for me 

to write it for no reasons. I wrote it because I will write another

article about MLB. I not only watched  Yankees  game in their home

staduim, also went to Fanway Park to wtach Redsox game. After 

watching those games, I deeply believed I am always a Redsox fans.

I will tell you the reasons in next article.

After getting rid of formal English,such as TOEFL or GMAT, I should 

learn some of life English.How did I get life English? Besides talking 

with Americans, watching TV and movies is also good way to get it, 

so I put an sub-topic, life English,under the main topic,English. It is 

useful to have communication withAmericans. good luck, everybody.



在擺脫正式英文後，像是托福、GMAT，我開始學習一些生活英文。要如

何學到生活英文呢？我想除了與美國人多多聊天外，看電視與看電影是不

二法門。所以我在英文的大標題之下放了生活英文的小標題還寫一些生活

用的英文，在跟美國人聊天這是非常有用的。這各位使用愉快。

In some week in March, there was a restaurant week in Boston, 

so I, Chris, and Hui planed to go to RUTH'S CHRIS to have steaks.

In normal time, eating a steak cost me at least 40 dollars, but in the

week, I can have the same one and just spend 20 dollars.



在三月的某一周，波士頓有各餐廳週的活動，所以我，克里斯，慧就計畫

到茹絲葵大啖牛排。在平常的時間，吃一客牛排至少要40美金，但是在這

一週，我只要花費20美金就可以知道一模一樣的牛排。







Now, let me present the steak,and please do not drool. First of all,

it was an appetizer, looking like curry rice, but the taste  made me 

carzy because it was really delicious.



現在讓我來呈現這個牛排餐，請不要流下你的口水。首先第一道菜是開胃

菜，他看起來很像咖哩飯，但是這個味道讓我太瘋狂了，因為實在太美味

了。





The next was salad. I am the guy who does like to eat vegetable, but

I finished this salad. Looking at this salad, it had sweet vegetable oil.

It was attractive, wasn't it?!



下一到菜是沙拉。我是不愛吃蔬菜的傢伙，但是我也把這沙拉吃光光了，

看看這沙拉，上面還有一層甜甜的蔬菜油，真是誘人啊。







The main dish,USDA Prime Ribeye, was coming. When I first ate it,

I cannot say any word because nothing can interrupt me to enjoy 

this beef. My friend said that this beef was cooked in 400 C 

temperatory so that the beef can keep its sweet sauce.



主菜來了，那就是美國頂級肋眼牛排。當我吃第一口的時候，我說不出

話來，因為沒有任何是可以中斷我享受這牛肉。我朋友說這牛肉在攝氏

400度下烹烤，所以可以保有甜美的肉汁。 







Soup is creamed spinach. It was a little salty, and had strong cream

flavor. If you don't like spinach, do worry about it because this soup

does not have strong spinach flavor. By the way, this soup won't let 

you become strong Popeye.



湯是奶油波菜湯。喝起來有一點點鹹味，不過也有很濃郁的奶油香。如果

你是不喜歡波菜的人，不用擔心太多，因為這個湯沒有很強烈的波菜味。

還有喝完後，你不會變成強壯的大力水手。







The last one is dessert. I forgot it name. One is sweet yellow cream

with some fruit and mint. Another one is chocolate cup filled with 

chocolate cream. Both of them are sweet.



最後的是點心，我忘記點心的名字了。不過其中一個是甜甜的黃色奶酪，

配上一些水果和薄荷葉。另一個是巧克力做的杯子，填充巧克力奶油。

兩者都很甜。
