1.把雞大腿洗乾淨，放入大容器中
2.倒入啤酒一瓶 (軟化肉)
3.醬油，啤酒的一半 (老抽是加深顏色，但鹹度不夠)
4.糖 一大匙
5.麻油 胡椒 parsley 少許
6.浸泡四個小時以上
7.烤箱預熱350度
8.在雞大腿上灑糖 parsley 少許
9. 350度 30分鐘, 400度 10分鐘。
10.出現又美又香又好吃的雞大腿肉。

Still Busy in this month 這個月依然忙碌
About 2 weeks ago, I just experienced the midterm of accounting and a lot of assignments.
But I will have final exams of all classes in the summer terms in two weeks.Even though I
have wonderful scores of my quiz and midterm of accounting, I do not understand what
accounting is. I apply what I learned in accounting to my personal finance. This way makes
me feel interested in learning accounting, and make me feel clear on my personal finance.
Of course, now I am getting understand how the financial accounting of companies work, and
how to make financial statements look better.
兩周前，我才剛考完我的會計期中考與完成一堆課業報告，
但是在兩周後，就是緊接而來的期末考了。
雖然在會計的小考 95 跟期中考 91 我都拿到不錯的分數，
不過我還是不能徹撤底底的了解什麼是會計。
在應用上，我把一些會計所學到的東西，
實用在我平時的記帳，果然用會計的方式寄帳，不
僅能讓會計學起來更有趣，也讓我對記帳清楚不少，
當然也知道公司的財務報表怎麼運作，怎麼鑽漏洞。

0611 最近的生活
I simply described my recent life.
Even though I just took 10 credits master courses,
I took more than 4 hours studying almost everyday,
because I also got a lot of assignments.
我簡單的描敘我最近的生活。
我幾乎每天得花多餘四小時來念書，
因為我有很多很多作業要寫，
即使我只修了10學分的碩士課程。
In the business communication course,
I have to write 4 essay in a week and on different days,
listen 10 minutes news every other day, and read an article in a week.
It seems not difficult,
but we have to remember every vocabulary in listening and reading.
It really drives me crazy,
and in this week we got one more assignment- a 3 minutes presentation.

每隔一天要聽商業新聞，
每周要看一篇文章，
這看起來似乎不困難，
但是我們必須記住每個聽力與文章的單字，

Another course is accounting. It is a totally new subject for me,
so I have to preview content before the class, and the review after the class.
This course has fewer assignment than another,
but I love to this course, so I spent more time on it.
另一項課程是會計，這對我而言是全新的主題。
所以我必須在上課前預習，課後複習，
雖然這課程的作業比前一個少，
但是我花更多時間在這課程上。
At 6/20, 6/21, 6/27, and 6/28. I will take one more course- mathematics for business.
In the two weeks, I might spend all day to study,
because I will get less time to write my more homework.

Income tax report 申報所得稅
※ Angels and Demons, the movie will be in theaters on MAY 15.
In May, it is the time to report income tax. Even though
I am in USA now, I still can report tax through the Internet.
In this year, I have the same situation as last year. I won't
pay any tax to government, and I can get the tax refund.
Although I will just get almost NT.2000, it is still the money.
五月，又是報所得稅的季節。即使我人在美國，我依然可以透過網路
來申報所得稅。今年我的情形依然和去年一樣，我不用付任何稅金給
政府，而且還可以拿到退稅的錢。雖然只是將近兩千元的新台幣，不
過不無小補。
In May, it is the time to report income tax. Even though

When I went to New York city, I also went to Yankee Stadium
to watch Wang's play.However, he lost 8 points in 2nd inning,
and while he was changed, all the Yankee fans boo him. How sad
I was. In this game, I saw not only a Yankee's bad record but also
a fight between Yankee fans. When police came to arrest them,
everyone said " Get her out!" It was more exciting than watching
hockey which had fight. Finally, that was not a game which Wang
had a nice performace, but I did not feel dispointed at him because
that is the way that all the best pitchers have to be experienced.
當我去紐約時，我也順道去洋基球場看王建民的比賽，但是他在第二局就
被打爆八分。而且在他被換下場時，全場的洋基球迷都在噓他。看了超心
痛的。在這場比賽，我不僅看到了洋基破了爛紀錄，也看到洋基球迷間的
幹架，而且在警察來把他們帶走時，全場球迷還大聲說"趕她走"這簡直比
曲棍球的幹架還精彩。最後，雖然王建民沒在這場比賽有好表現，但是我
並沒有對他失望，因為這是所有王牌投手必經過程。

It was so boring to watch Yankee's game. In the playing game, they
did not have any music which made fans feel excited. They only had
YMCA this show between 6th inning and 7th inning, but it did make
fans to take part into. The interaction between fans and games did
not exist. By the way, the facilities of Yankee Stadium are really nice.
The seats are wide and confortable, and there are cup racks in front
of seats. The restrooms are like those in the 5 star hotels. Is everything
good? No! The price of all stuff, such as food, drink, and clothes, is not
so cute. A soda bottle cost $5, and a Jersey cost $200. No wonder some
people call Yankees evil empire.
在洋基主場看比賽還真無聊。當比賽進行時，並沒有任何音樂可以讓球迷high
一點，唯一有的就是在六到七局間的YMCA表演，不過還是很無聊。因為球迷
並沒有參與感。球迷和球賽之間的互動就像不存在一樣。順帶一提，洋基的新
球場設備還真不賴，座位不但舒服寬敞，而且還有杯架在座位前面。而且他的
洗手間就像五星級飯店的一樣。每一樣東西都這麼棒嗎？不是這樣！所有東西
的價錢，像是食物、飲料、球衣都沒這麼可愛。一杯蘇打飲料要五塊美金，一
件棒球外衣要兩百美金。難怪有些人說洋基是邪惡帝國。

Why did I writing this article in my blog? It is impossible for me
to write it for no reasons. I wrote it because I will write another

In some week in March, there was a restaurant week in Boston,
so I, Chris, and Hui planed to go to RUTH'S CHRIS to have steaks.
In normal time, eating a steak cost me at least 40 dollars, but in the
week, I can have the same one and just spend 20 dollars.
在三月的某一周，波士頓有各餐廳週的活動，所以我，克里斯，慧就計畫
到茹絲葵大啖牛排。在平常的時間，吃一客牛排至少要40美金，但是在這
一週，我只要花費20美金就可以知道一模一樣的牛排。
Now, let me present the steak,and please do not drool. First of all,
it was an appetizer, looking like curry rice, but the taste made me
carzy because it was really delicious.
現在讓我來呈現這個牛排餐，請不要流下你的口水。首先第一道菜是開胃
菜，他看起來很像咖哩飯，但是這個味道讓我太瘋狂了，因為實在太美味
了。
The next was salad. I am the guy who does like to eat vegetable, but
I finished this salad. Looking at this salad, it had sweet vegetable oil.
It was attractive, wasn't it?!
下一到菜是沙拉。我是不愛吃蔬菜的傢伙，但是我也把這沙拉吃光光了，
看看這沙拉，上面還有一層甜甜的蔬菜油，真是誘人啊。
The main dish,USDA Prime Ribeye, was coming. When I first ate it,
I cannot say any word because nothing can interrupt me to enjoy
this beef. My friend said that this beef was cooked in 400 C

Soup is creamed spinach. It was a little salty, and had strong cream
flavor. If you don't like spinach, do worry about it because this soup
does not have strong spinach flavor. By the way, this soup won't let
you become strong Popeye.
湯是奶油波菜湯。喝起來有一點點鹹味，不過也有很濃郁的奶油香。如果

The last one is dessert. I forgot it name. One is sweet yellow cream
with some fruit and mint. Another one is chocolate cup filled with
chocolate cream. Both of them are sweet.

Positive thought 正面思想

Recently I incidentally saw a book, The Secret. I remembered
I heard my friend that he saw this book before. He commented
that this book is thoughtful but all rubbish. Although I have this
book, I chose the video of the book to watch, so I downloaded it
with Chinese and English subtitle.
最近在誤打誤撞之下看到了一本書 ── 秘密，記得在出國前聽朋友
說過這本書，他的評語是很有道理，但都是廢話。雖然最近重拾這本
書，但我選擇了下載影片來看，聽說更簡單易懂。於是我下載了中文
與英文字幕來觀賞。
After watching this movie, I think that it is important to think
positively, but it is not work just to think positively. I have a
positive-thought of my future, but I finally got nothing at all. Then,
I found that I have lacked positive actions wihch go after positive
thought. Althought I always have positive thought, I sometimes did
the negitive actions. It is hard to undertand, right? OK, I can give
you an example.
看完之後，真的覺得正面思考很重要，但不僅僅是只有正面思考就能
發會作用，因為我向來是很正向思考自己的未來，但是到頭來卻都是
空，後來我發現自己欠缺的是正向思考後的正向行動，雖然我都一直
都是正向思考，但是有時候的行動卻是負面的行動，很難懂吧。我來

Planning my future, I often wanted myself to touch the goals
according to my ages. For example, graduating in 22, having
military service in 23, studying abroad in 25, getting a job
in 27,getting married in 28, and having my first child in 30.
How wonderfulthe furture plans are. I always think the future
I planed before I sleepeveryday,and it is just a nice "dream".
I, even if having positvethought, give myself a route for retreat
when I acted, but I have not gone forward without giving me the
ways to go back. Moveover, I always give me too reasons and
excuses why I did not achieve my goals, and I cannot face myself
honestly. How pathetic I am.
在計畫未來上，我常常設定自己在幾歲達到甚麼樣的目標，例如我在
大學就計畫說，22歲畢業，23歲服兵役，25歲出國念書，27歲工作，
28歲結婚，30歲有了第一個孩子，多麼有計畫性的未來，我在每天睡
前都在冥想我身處在未來的情境，真的很棒的「夢」。但是有正向思
考的我，在行動上總是會給自己留後路，而不是斷後路的往前衝，或
是在未達成目標時給自己太多理由跟藉口，總是沒辦法誠實面對自己。

to write down the goals. I will set up the short term goals that I can
do it day by day. The second goal is to kick out my enemy - excuses.
The final goal is to live happily everyday, and this happiness comes
from the true heart not comes from the substances because I found
that the first step of learning English well is to live happily everyday.

I am extremely tired and almost exhausted.

Recently, I have looked for a house, striven to study TOEFL,
and coped with the CELOP crazy homework.
I sleep over midnight almost every day and get up at 7:30 in the morning.
I also reduced most of my social activities because I really need more time
to finish those heavy work.
I started to find a cheap, wonderful ,and comfortable bedroom to live near BU
because I wanted to save more time to have more sleep or I could probably fall
unconcious when I walk on the street.
Owing to the insufficient time in which I prepared the test, my morning class
teacher recommanded me to talk to the director of Celop my situation.
She said I might start to my master major if the director wants to be my sponsor.
Anyway, I still should study hard because I want to get a high score in TOEFL to
prove I have sufficient English ability.
The Sacred “Rac”

When I first time to reading, I thought it was a serious article.
Today my teacher taught me this is an ironic article.
You do not know! OK, finishing reading it, I will write why it is ironic.

An Indian anthropologist, Chandra Thapar, made a study of foreign cultures which had
customs similar to those in his native land. One culture in particular fascinated him because it
reveres one animal as sacred, much as the people in India revere the cow.
The tribe Dr. Thapar studied is called the Asu and is found in the American continent north of
the Tarahumara of Mexico. Though it seems to be a highly developed society of its type, it has an
overwhelming preoccupation with the care and feeding of the rac – an animal much like a bull in size,
strength and temperament. In the Asu tribe, it is almost a social obligation to own at least one if not
more racs. People not possessing at least one are held in low esteem by the community because they
are too poor to maintain one of these beasts properly. Some members of the tribe, to display their
wealth and social prestige, even own herds of racs.
Unfortunately, the rac breed is not very healthy and usually does not live more than five to
seven years. Each family invests large sums of money each year to keep its rac healthy and shod, for
it has a tendency to throw its shoes often. There are rac specialists in each community, perhaps
more than one if the community is particularly wealthy. These specialists, however, due to the long
period of ritual training they must undergo and to the difficulty of obtaining the right selection of
charms to treat the rac, demand costly offerings whenever a family must treat an ailing rac.
At the age of sixteen in many Asu communities, many youths undergo a puberty rite in which
the rac figures prominently. Youths must petition a high priest in a grand temple. They are then
initiated into the ceremonies that surround the care of the rac and are permitted to keep a rac.
Although the rac may be used as a beast of burden, it has many habits which would be
considered by other cultures as detrimental to the life of the society. In the first place the rac breed
is increasing at a very rapid rate and the Asu tribe has given no thought to curbing the rac
population. As a consequence the Asu must build more and more paths for the rac to travel on since
its delicate health and its love of racing other racs at high speeds necessitates that special areas be
set aside for its use. The cost of smoothing the earth is too costly for any one individual to undertake;
so it has become a community project and each member of the tribe must pay an annual tax to build
new paths and maintain the old. There are so many paths needed that some people move their
homes because the rac paths must be straight as possible to keep the animal from injuring itself. Dr.
Thapar also noted that unlike the cow, which many people in his country hold sacred, the excrement
of the rac cannot be used as either fuel or fertilizer. On the contrary, its excrement is exceptionally
foul and totally useless. Worst of all, the rac is prone to rampages in which it runs down anything in
its path, much like stampeding cattle. Estimates are that the rac kills thousands of Asu in a year.
Despite the high cost of its upkeep, the damage it does to the land, and its habit of destructive
rampages, the Asu still regard it as being essential to the survival of their culture.

This is second snow storm I met in Boston.
At this night I got the text message from my Korean friend- Kihwan.
He said he will leave US in Monday morning.
He wanted me do my best in Boston and hoped one day we could meet again.
Then we can talk about the memory we had in Boston.
I remembered that days when my Boston friends left were snowing.
It makes the leaving air sader. It also makes people lonely.
Although I experienced the situation many times, I still have this feeling.
Maybe I am the kind of people who are sensitive and take friends as first.
This is why some people told me I put friends in my mind first.
In this month, not only Kiwhan will leave Boston but Lee will leave to Seattle.
Both them are my best Korean friends, and it means I will have fewer friends in Boston.
anyway,I will always remember you.

Memory Impact

What is the memory impact?
I created and defined it by meslf.
Memory impact is that the memory which is happened wonderfully
or horribly in one's life made one feel extremely painful when the
enviroment is same, but the people or the situations were different.
I sufferred it today. Because I went to NESE, Harvard Sq., Central Sq.,
Newbury St., and many places I went before near the Cambridge.
My memory was impacted by the memory recall.
I knew the feeling was not good, but I will conquer it one day.
外國念書就是這麼苦，送一個一個朋友走，又要重新認識朋友，
有時還得忍受孤獨；忍受獨自奮戰考試。留學就是這麼苦，要不

However, these were not wonderful memories, instead, the terrible memories about loss.
By the age increased, I felt more fearful to lose.

Recently, I have had nightmares almost every night.
I dreamed I failed in test then went back Taiwan and got nothing.
Therefore, I am afraid of the feeling of loss.

The memory of the smell is the most ancient memory.

ps1解說一下健康歷史與身體檢查報告這份文件好了，
第一張是學生基本資料，剩下的就空下來吧。
第二張是健康狀態，給醫生填的。
第三四張很重要，有關疫苗的事，請交給專業的醫
師，記得第四張填完要醫師簽名。
第五張是心理健康諮詢，跳過。
第六張是結核病的診斷，只要三個問題是回答NO，
就不用擔心了。
第七八張是腦膜炎疫苗接種棄權書，如果你沒有住
校就不用管他了。
ps2解說一下要接種哪些預防針我們是international Students，
要接種1. MMR兩劑(要相隔一個月才可以打第二劑，但是
只要找出證明小時後打過一劑，就可以只要打一劑。或者
再打MMR之前先驗是否有MMR抗體，如果有只要打一劑。)
2.在十年內接種Td 或Tdap(破傷風、白喉、百日咳)
3.三劑的B肝抗體(可以抽血驗抗體)
4.五年內接種過腦膜炎抗體(要校內住宿才需要，可填放棄接種聲明書)

如果要接種腦膜炎疫苗，請先打電話問疾病防治中心那家醫院有疫苗，
